XP Storer allows a player to convert their XP into bottles of enchanting.
Construction
XP Storers are simply mob spawner blocks. So find a dungeon to use this mechanic.
On right click, the mob spawner will drop the players XP.
When sneaking, right clicking the mob spawner does what it normally would and allows you to place blocks etc instead of giving XP Bottles.
